Your menstrual cycle isn’t just about periods — it’s a powerful rhythm of energy, rest, strength, and renewal. This session will help you understand the four phases of your cycle and move in alignment with your body instead of against it.

What to expect (1-hour guided journey):
- Introduction to menstrual cycle awareness
- Gentle warm-up to prepare the body
- Cycle 1: Menstruation & Follicular (Days 1–14) — Vinyasa-style flow to build energy
- Cycle 2: Ovulation (Transition Phase) — Strength & holding postures
- Cycle 3: Restorative Phase — Slowing down, nourishing movement
- Cycle 4: Cool Down — Integration, breath, and reset
We’ll flow through each phase with mindful pauses in between: honouring the natural transitions within your body.
