- Check-In & Body Preparation
Begin with breathing connection, postural alignment, and gentle mobility work to prepare the body for movement.
- Foundation Footwork Series
Build alignment, activate the core, and develop lower body control through a series of foundational Reformer exercises.
- Core Integration & Stability
Learn how to activate deep core muscles and create stability through controlled, intentional movement.
- Upper Body & Postural Conditioning
Improve posture, shoulder stability, and movement efficiency with targeted upper body work.
- Lower Body Strength & Glute Activation
Strengthen hips and glutes while improving balance, control, and functional movement patterns.
- Mobility & Flexibility
Finish with restorative stretches to release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery.
- Cool Down & Breathwork
Close the session with mindful breathing, relaxation, and guided recovery practices.
