Join us for a dynamic asana practice with Nivriti — a grounding yet energising session designed to expand the thoracic region, mobilise the spine, and release tension.
What to expect:
- Standing asanas, gentle backbends, forward folds & hip openers
- Thoracic expansion & spinal mobility drills
- A mix of dynamic and static movements to activate & release
- Gentle pranayama followed by guided meditation for deep calm
This class is open to all levels and focuses on creating space in the body, lengthening the spine, and preparing for deep heart-opening (back-bending) asanas.
