Introducing Beginner Tennis Sessions
Join us for our first Tennis Session!
Join our Coached Tennis Workshop designed for players who want to improve their skills with professional guidance. This session focuses on fundamental techniques, match strategies, footwork, and consistency through structured drills and personalized coaching.
Session requirements : Comfortable workout clothes, shoes (running shoes/training shoes), water bottle and lots of enthusiasm!
The session is 60mins long, and will consist of a warm-up, sport based drills which are fun and athletic, a small game and a cool down at the end.
