Introduction to Animal Flow is a beginner-friendly class designed to introduce you to the
Fundamentals of Animal Flow — a ground-based movement system that combines elements of
bodyweight training, mobility, and flow.
You’ll learn how to move like your body was meant to: low to the ground, with control,
coordination, and grace. Expect a mix of fun, challenging movements inspired by animals, yoga,
parkour, and breakdancing — all seamlessly linked into flowing sequences.
