What to expect:
- Warm-Up & Mobility — Light jogging, dynamic stretches, and quick movements to prep the body.
- Basic Dribbling — Master control with both hands, crossover drills, and dribble walks across the court.
- Board Shots Practice  — Work on lay-ups, accurate throws, and rebounding off the board.
- Mini Match  — Friendly scrimmage to put your new skills into play.
- Cool Down — Easy stretches and breathing to wrap up the session.

This session is open to all levels — whether you’re picking up a basketball for the first time or getting back into the game, it’s all about learning, teamwork, and having fun on the court.
